How long does shipping take?
At Delveno, orders typically take 5-14 business days to arrive after processing is completed. We ship within the United Kingdom and the United States. Once your order is being processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and the United States. There are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout, the price you see is the price you pay.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. To start a return, please email us at: hello@delveno.com
Are products covered by a warranty?
Our products do not include a specific manufacturer's warranty. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@delveno.com and our support team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is being processed, you receive a unique tracking number via email. After your order ships, you'll receive an new email with your tracking details. You can use this to track your delivery on our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and the United States to maintain our delivery standards and offer free shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact hello@delveno.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, changes may no longer be possible as the order may already be in transit.
