This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Delveno are processed, shipped, and delivered. We aim to provide clear and transparent information so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

SHIPPING MARKETS
Currently, our primary shipping markets are the United States and the United Kingdom. We are actively working on expanding our reach to serve more international customers in the near future. 

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after being placed.

Order processing time: 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

DELIVERY TIMES
After processing, orders are handed over to our shipping partners.

Estimated transit time: 5–14 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: 6–18 business days (processing + transit).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier workload, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with trusted national and international carriers to deliver orders safely, including but not limited to:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other regional logistics partners

The specific carrier used may vary per order.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as high seasonal demand, carrier delays, or inspection processes.
