A fluted drum shade hangs beneath a short curved arm, and the ridges break the light into vertical bands so it reads as pattern on the wall rather than one flat pool. The shade carries a soft green tint that warms as the lamp comes on. Above it the fitting is polished to a warm sheen, with a round plate at the wall, an exposed socket collar and a twisted flex running down from the arm. The light throws low and warm, washing outward either side.
