A shallow round body mounts flat against the underside of a shelf or a cabinet, and the face itself is the switch, so a press turns it on and further presses take the level down. Light leaves through a recessed ring, throwing a defined cone rather than a wide wash, so it picks out a section of wall or a stretch of worktop. Cells sit inside the body, so nothing is wired in and nothing runs to a socket.
