A touch of water turns each pan into a shimmering wash of colour
This watercolour paint set contains 20 individually pigmented pans, each milled from mineral mica and bound with natural gum arabic. The pigment sits dry in the pan until water is added, then releases a metallic sheen as it spreads across the paper. Colours blend readily into one another, letting washes shift smoothly from one shade to the next.
Why is this Shimmer Watercolour Paint Set perfect for you?
- Mineral mica pigments: Each pan reflects light with a metallic sheen, so finished paintings catch the eye from across a room.
- 20 colours in one set: A wide range sits ready in a single box, so you can move between shades without mixing from scratch.
- Natural gum arabic binder: The binder keeps pigment flowing smoothly once water is added, so colour spreads evenly instead of pooling or streaking.
- Compact tin or plastic box: The set packs into a small case, so it fits into a bag or art kit for painting away from the desk.
